We offer free shipping, Australia and NZ wide, on all orders over $120. Our aim is to ship out your order within 48 hours of you placing it (unless it's a pre-order product which will be shipped out 2 days after the product lands).

For the first pair of Hybrid Undies that you purchase we will give you your money back if you're not happy with them. Please just email us at hello@thebettercollection.com.au, within 30 days of receiving your order. If you've purchased several Hybrid Undies in one order, please just open and try on one pair and if you don't like them you can send them all back as long as only one pair has been opened. Please note, we don't refund shipping.
