We offer free shipping, Australia wide, on all orders over $100. Our aim is to ship out your order within 48 hours of you placing it.
If you haven't received your delivery within 2 weeks of ordering it, please email us at hello@thebettercollection.com.au.
RETURNS POLICY
We want to make sure that our products are bettering people’s lives, so if you’ve purchased our products and aren’t happy with them, we definitely want to know about it.
When you can get a refund or exchange
We can offer you a refund or exchange if you are unhappy with the products you’ve purchased and you notify us via our email, hello@thebettercollection.com.au, within 10 days of receiving your order. You will also need to ensure that the products are unopened, in the same condition that you purchased them and within their original packaging (for hygiene reasons). Please note that you will have to pay for the return freight.
We will also be able to offer a refund or exchange, where the products we sent you are defective or damaged.
Outside of the above conditions unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Additionally, sale items can’t be returned for a refund or exchange.

4. The reason for return or exchange
Once you email us, we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours (on weekdays) and we will send you through the address and relevant details for returning your products.
