DELIVERY
We offer free shipping, Australia and NZ wide, on all orders over $100. Our aim is to ship out your order within 48 hours of you placing it (unless it's a pre-order product which will be shipped out 2 days after the product lands).
If you haven't received your delivery within 2 weeks of ordering it, please email us at hello@thebettercollection.com.au.
RETURNS POLICY
We want to make sure that our products are bettering people’s lives, so if you’ve purchased our products and aren’t happy with them, we definitely want to know about it.
First Pair Guarantee
For the first pair of Hybrid Undies that you purchase we will give you your money back if you're not happy with them. Please just email us at hello@thebettercollection.com.au, within 7 days of receiving your order. If you've purchased several Hybrid Undies in one order, please just open and try on one pair and if you don't like them you can send them all back as long as only one pair has been opened.
When you get a refund or exchange
We can offer you a refund if you are unhappy with the products you’ve purchased and you notify us via the email, hello@thebettercollection.com.au, within 7 days of receiving your order. You will also need to ensure that the products are unopened, in the same condition that you purchased them and within their original packaging (for hygiene reasons) – unless it’s your first pair of Hybrid Undies which can be opened and tried on. We will send you a return label so you won't have to pay for freight back. Outside of the above conditions unfortunately we can’t offer a refund. Additionally sale items can’t be returned for a refund.
We will be able to offer a product exchange, where we will replace your products for a different size or colour if the products are unopened, in the same condition that you purchased them and within their original packaging (for hygiene reasons). You will need to notify us via the email, hello@thebettercollection.com.au, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a return label so you won't have to pay for freight back.
How to get a refund or exchange
If you need to get a refund or exchange please email us at hello@thebettercollection.com.au with the following information:
- Order Number
- Product/s you are returning or want an exchange on
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- The reason for return or exchange
Once you email us, we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours (on weekdays) and we will send you through the return label.
