Our First Pair Happiness Guarantee lets you try your first pair of Hybrid Undies™ purchased directly from The Better Collection. If they're not right for you, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

You can open and try one pair. Any additional pairs from the same order must remain unopened, unworn and unwashed.

The guarantee is available once per customer and does not apply to purchases made through third-party marketplaces such as eBay.

Yes. We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the products meet our return conditions. For hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns and exchanges must be unopened, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags intact.

We design our undies in Australia and manufacture them in China. Ethical manafacturing is important to us, which is why we only work with factories that are SA8000 accredited. This basically means that they are regularly audited and are given accredidation if they ensure: fair working conditions, fair wages, no child labour and no forced labour.

Main Body

Our Everyday Hybrid Undies use a material called TENCEL™ Lyocell, made by Lenzing. We chose this material not only for it's durability, soft feel and good moisture management but we also wanted a material that had the environment in mind.

TENCEL™ Lyocell is a material made from wood pulp sourced from responsibly managed forests and plantions. Lenzing use a closed loop production process, which means that the majority of the solvents that are used to make this material are recovered and reused in future batches of lyocell production.

We also use a small percentage of elastane to provide a level of stretch to ensure comfortability and support.

Inner Legs

We use microfibre for the inner leg anti-chafe panels as microfibre provides a good balance of durability with a soft feel.

Our packaging is made from paper, which is 100% recyclable and is sourced from sustainably managed forests.
