Please just email us at hello@thebettercollection.com.au, within 7 days of receiving your order. If you've purchased several Hybrid Undies in one order, please just open and try on one pair and if you don't like them you can send them all back as long as only one pair has been opened. We will send you a return label so you won't have to pay for freight back.

I absolutely love your underwear, I have worn briefs all my life. I have tried just about every brand of boxers and trunks on the market, but they don't have the secure feeling of briefs.
