Please just email us at hello@thebettercollection.com.au, within 30 days of receiving your order. If you've purchased several Hybrid Undies in one order, please just open and try on one pair and if you don't like them you can send them all back as long as only one pair has been opened. Please note, we don't refund shipping.

The seams across the seat take a bit of getting used to however once you have worn them they are extremely comfortable, also the fabrication is a welcome alternative to cotton which does shrink somewhat in the wash, these don’t

So comfortable I put them on and immediately started questioning every bad decision that led me to wear my old ones. No riding up, no sagging, no chafing - just two cheeks living their best life.

I’ve been really impressed with Better Collection underwear. They’re honestly so comfortable, really soft, breathable and the fit is great.
They feel like really good quality without being over the top, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the materials and design. Definitely some of the most comfortable underwear I own and I’ll be buying more for sure. Would definitely recommend!

Bought my first pair today and I’m genuinely impressed. Ridiculously comfortable, immaculate support and somehow they make me feel like I’m wearing underwear personally carved by the gods themselves.
