WHY ARE OUR UNDIES DIFFERENT?
Groin line elastic
- Do you know how briefs have elastic that goes around the groin lines at the front and up the butt cheeks at the back? That groin line elastic is what stops your junk from moving around and what separates your nuts from your inner thighs. We realised that boxer briefs don't have this elastic, so we decided to add this elastic into our boxer briefs - making them a hybrid between briefs and boxer briefs. We call them 'Hybrid Undies'.
OTHER FEATURES
In addition to the new feature we've launched, we've also incorporated what we feel are the best features from other boxer briefs out there.
- Anti-chafe leg panels: say goodbye to your thighs caressing each other.
- Leg hole elastic: we've included elastic at the bottom of the legs to help stop that pesky leg ride up.
- Superior material: the key material we use is TENCEL™ Lyocell, which is soft, durable, wicks away sweat and is environmentally friendly. Main Body: 95% Tencel Lyocell + 5% Elastane. Inner Legs: Microfibre (88% Polyester + 12% Elastane).
- Leg length: this is our mid-leg hybrid undies (but for those who like a longer leg, we do have a longer version).

We offer free shipping, Australia wide, on all orders over $100. Our aim is to ship out your order within 48 hours of you placing it.
We want to make sure that our products are bettering people’s lives, so if you’ve purchased our products and aren’t happy with them, we definitely want to know about it.
When you can get a refund, exchange or store credit
We can offer you a refund or store credit if you are unhappy with the products you’ve purchased and you notify us via our email, hello@thebettercollection.com.au, within 30 days of receiving your order. You will also need to ensure that the products are unopened, in the same condition that you purchased them and within their original packaging (for hygiene reasons). Please note that you will have to pay for the return freight. Outside of the above conditions unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or store credit. Additionally, sale items can’t be returned for a refund or store credit.
We will be able to offer a product exchange, where we will replace your products only if the products we sent you are defective or damaged. So if you need to exchange your products please email us at hello@thebettercollection.com.au

- Product/s you are returning or wanting an exchange on
- Whether you want a refund, exchange or store credit
- The reason for return or exchange
Once you email us, we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours (on weekdays) and we will send you through the address and relevant details for returning your products.
